Garden projects

See what I've been up to
Below are a few of the garden projects that I’ve been working on recently. For all the latest news please follow my social channels.

No. 18 – Garden tidy, planting plan & regular maintenance
The challenge: This garden had become neglected in recent years ahead of the current owners moving in. While the lawn had been periodically mown, the garden had developed pernicious weeds, which were rapidly overtaking existing hard landscaping and gravelled areas, making the garden inaccessible to this mature couple with mobility issues.

No. 6 – Garden redesign & planting plan
The challenge: Reconfiguring an existing garden to create dedicated spaces for mindful contemplation and for a small greenhouse and vegetable beds.
.
No. 8 - Garden tidy and refresh
This charming Victorian cottage had recently undergone complete renovation. The garden had become overgrown during this time and needed a good tidy and refresh to complement the beautiful period interior.
New case study and photos coming soon!

Volunteering at Wrest Park
I’m privileged to get to work in this renowned historic garden each week. I undertake a range of horticultural tasks, spending most of my time helping maintain the beautiful Italian Garden and French Parterre. Do give me a wave if you see me!

ITV 'This Morning'
It was a bit of a surprise when an email hit my inbox asking if I’d like to do a live front garden makeover with David Domoney. Within the week I, and a small band of fellow RHS students, were standing on the doorstep of an even more surprised lady in Milton Keynes. We soon got busy stripping the existing lawn ready for new turf, digging new borders and undertaking new plantings to help realise David’s design. The finished garden looked stunning and the recipient was absolutely delighted.

RHS Chelsea Flower Show
In 2025 I was very lucky to get the opportunity to join the team building the Navium Marine: Blue Mind Garden, as a volunteer. It was fascinating to get a behind-the-scenes look at the show and to help with plant preparation and care for this Gold Medal winning balcony garden by Aylett Studio.
